  Went into the shop today to look for advice and quotes to fit 2 log burning stoves. One is a new install and the other a replacement. Went in and the girl at the desk never said a word to me while I browsed. A man walked in, walked past and disappeared through the back. I went to look at the rear half of the store and the girl behind the desk stood up came around her desk, looked at me, pushed the chair under the desk (as if to say don't sit here), shuffled some paper and sat back down. I left the store, not a word said.
