SuperStar Chocolatier. It's a tough question; what is your favourite flavour? Could be Macallan, roast duck, a good steak pie or the first Mulled Wine of the year. All strong contenders. But now there is a definitive answer - Sebastian's Salted Caramel Truffles. Probably the finest chocolates in the world. And he's such a nice guy too.
